Welcome!

Hello Everyone!

I'd like to welcome you to the Health Running People 2009 Mini-Marathon training blog. On this blog, I'm going to incorporate health eating tips, training techniques, and a training schedule! The blog is a work in progress, and I look forward to receiving input from everyone.
